Many of Advanzia’s projects are initiated and implemented by employees of the company. The “Advanzia Plus” committee, which is comprised of members from all departments of the company, meets regularly to discuss CSR initiatives and internal improvement suggestions.
If we choose to support a particular project, we ensure that it follows our four CSR principles.
The purpose of this charter is to present Advanzia’s main societal, social and environmental commitments based on our four Corporate Social Responsibility pillars.

Together with Unity Foundation, Advanzia has introduced payroll giving for its employees. The donations are fully voluntary for employees who decide to opt in on rounding off their salaries and having the small donation transferred automatically with each monthly salary payment.
Unity Foundation is a Luxembourgish non-profit organisation committed to empowering communities through education within a network of international development agencies.

We do this by collecting bottle caps – an initiative supported by several other companies in Luxembourg. We also sponsor puppies that become guide dogs for a person with disabilities. Featured on the photo is Poppie, the Advanzia-sponsored guide dog in training.
